Through Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I offer a science-backed, practical (and enjoyable) way to calm the mind, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and rebuild confidence. All from the comfort of your own home with online sessions.
With a diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and years of experience supporting people through change and growth in my HR career, I blend neuroscience, mindset coaching, and therapeutic tools to help women move from surviving to thriving. A big part of my approach is building self-awareness. When you understand how your mind works, it becomes easier to create lasting, meaningful change.

I’ve always been ambitious and driven to succeed.
At the height of my achievements, when it looked like I had it all, that’s when anxiety hit the hardest. I was overwhelmed and struggling, without realising I’d been living in survival mode for years. I had kept going for so long, unaware I’d built up unhealthy coping habits just to get through.
A counsellor once said, “It’s like you’re Cinderella; you finally got to the ball, but nobody taught you how to dance.” That line hit me deeply. I had everything I thought I wanted, but I didn’t know how to feel safe in it, let alone enjoy it.
My healing journey taught me self-compassion, courage, and how to live without fear. Now, I help ambitious women overcome the overwhelm, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with the joy in the success they’ve worked so hard for.
You don’t have to choose between success and well-being. I’m here to help you have both.

As a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I am both a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. I have an up-to-date DBS certificate and hold a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH) and Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD). I’m accredited through the Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training and registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy.
In my HR career, I achieved a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, and a master’s degree in human resource development and organisational change.
I’m a proud mom to twin boys and two stepsons, and I’m married to my amazing husband. In my downtime, I love adrenaline-fueled activities, catching up with friends, and taking walks with my French bulldog around Cannock Chase.
