During your initial consultation you will have an informal chat with Jodie. You’ll chat about you and your goals, discuss more about solution focused hypnotherapy, and decide if it is right for you.

For your first booked session, you’ll need to find somewhere quiet with a good Wi-Fi or mobile internet connection and either a comfortable chair, couch or bed. You can wear your comfy pjs or have a cosy blanket if you wish.
The session is split into two halves, the first half being the talking therapy and the second half the trance, which is just like a guided relaxation. -
There is no after care required, you will be able to function as normal.
